Do you want to get experience in the formulation of cosmetic products?

You will be a part of a small team of laboratory professionals, and you will get the opportunity to wear many hats in this role, with exposure to various aspects of the product development process including Research, Regulatory, Quality and Process.

Key Duties:

Develop and deliver formulations to meet the customer brief, researching new trends, ingredients and technologies and incorporating these into NPD projects
Manage the formula development from concept to launch, right through to production
Liaise with other member of the team e.g. Sales, Production, Management etc. to ensure smooth running of the projects
Conduct testing on products including stability, pH, viscosity etc.
Organise testing and maintain accurate records

Key Requirements:

Scientific degree in a related field e.g. Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or similar
Able to develop formulas from concept to launch, following the NPD process
Knowledge of Cosmetic Regulations e.g. CLP
Great organisational skills
Confident, driven and enthusiastic
Able to clearly communicate in english
