An official inventory published on 15 June, 1990, that enumerates and describes the chemicals on the market of the European Union between January 1, 1971 and September 18, 1981 and identifies the chemicals being exempted of the mandatory 'precommercialisation' notification. The EINECS Inventory can be searched from different online sources including from the Publication Office of the European Commission.
